Florida bank with 13 Branches and $670 million in assets.
Seeking $50 million for majority ownership. ***
Bank has $50 million in REO assets and $100 million in non-performing loans.
We can generate $50 million from the quick sale of REO and non-performing loans.
Once this is accomplished, $35 million in Bank Reserves are released.
Present ownership will add an additional $15 million to capital.
Bank is currently earning 1% on their assets. Additional other income of $1 million per year with potential of $3 million
Stock price should move substantially.
Option of raising additional capital from Fed at 2 -2.5% per annum, at ten times Capital.
Sell stock and return all investment, yet retain Board Membership.
Raise Capital thru Public Offerings of Stock
Acquire other troubled banks as soon as this bank is solvent.
Currently have possibility of acquiring undervalued Assets from 3 other banks.

An investment Syndicate We represent is in the process of a friendly take-over of the project plus gain control of the COA.
We have an excellent opportunity to acquire almost immediately 68 units, both one and two bedroom for $3.5 million.
Funds are not needed immediately, but a FIRM commitment is needed so that we may begin to close on these individually owned units in escrow.
