We are seeking a Joint Venture Partner to purchase some distressed assets with an upside in acquiring a majority interest in a South Florida Bank;

  • Florida bank with 13 Branches and $670 million in assets.

  • Seeking $50 million for majority ownership. ***

  • Bank has $50 million in REO assets and $100 million in non-performing loans.

  • We can generate $50 million from the quick sale of REO and non-performing loans.

  • Once this is accomplished, $35 million in Bank Reserves are released.

  • Present ownership will add an additional $15 million to capital.

  • Bank is currently earning 1% on their assets. Additional other income of $1 million per year with potential of $3 million

  • Stock price should move substantially.

  • Option of raising additional capital from Fed at 2 -2.5% per annum, at ten times Capital.

  • Sell stock and return all investment, yet retain Board Membership.

  • Raise Capital thru Public Offerings of Stock

  • Acquire other troubled banks as soon as this bank is solvent.

  • Currently have possibility of acquiring undervalued Assets from 3 other banks.
